Rush/poor audio fees (per person)*:
$10 = up to 15 minutes
$15 = 15 up to 20 minutes
$20 = 20 up to 30 minutes
$25 = 30 up to 40 minutes
$30 = 40 up to 50 minutes
$35 = 50 up to 60 minutes
$40 = 60 up to 90 minutes

There is a half-tape minimum and we bill in quarterly increments thereafter.

Discounts:
Introductory rate for new clients: 15% off the first two files (or tapes) of any length (except legal and medical). This discount cannot be combined with any other discount. Deposits of $50 may be required for new clients; larger deposits may be required at management's discretion.
Special academic rate for doctoral students: 10% off each tape or file, after first two introductory tapes/files.
Special academic rate, non-doctoral: 5% off each tape or file, after introductory tapes/files.
Echo Discount: 10% discount applies to all but the two introductory tapes for members of Echo (minimum of two months) and continues as long as the client remains a member. Please see the Echo website (www.echonyc.com) for more details; participation in this bulletin board is not required, but encouraged (if you can master the arcane Caucus computer commands).
Failure to pay late fees will result in increased rates either until payments become timely or late fees have been covered, at the discretion of management.
Purple Shark Transcriptions reserves the right to refuse service or discounts at its discretion.
